Notice : End Of Service Notice on ZXG10 V2 BTS


Dear Madam/Sir:

 

ZTE officially announces that ZTE has ended the service of ZXG10 V2 series BTS on the date in Table 1. After the date, ZTE will not provide any service for the product, including technical support (on-site technical support, remote technical support and 800 hotline) and spare parts service (hardware maintenance and parts replacement).

 

To help you complete product change and migration more smoothly, we will continue to provide FAQ and answers to known questions within one year from EOS (End Of Service) date. You are welcome to view or download them.
