ZTE officially informs you that the ZXR10 8900 series 10G MPLS routing switches have already been end of sale since Jan. 1st, 2016. Therefore, the bearer product line released the following end-of-sale plan. As the company will not accept any orders for this product family after the end-of-manufacture date, please pay attention to the purchase of spare parts before the EOS date.

End-of-Sale Milestones and Dates for the ZTE ZXR10 8900 series Routing Switches

End-of-Market date

EOM

The last date that customers can order the product. After that date, orders of new sites, capacity extension or new services on the device will no longer be accepted. However, orders for spare parts used for future maintenance will still be accepted.

Last-Time-Buy-of-Spare-Parts date

LTBSP

The last date that the ZTE may accept hardware orders or hardware bug fix. After this date, ZTE will no longer accept orders for spare parts used for future maintenance (This milestone is not applicable to the products without spare parts, e.g. terminal products).

End-of-Full-Support date

EOFS

The last date that ZTE Engineering may release any final software maintenance releases or bug fixes. After this date, ZTE Engineering will no longer develop new patches for new problems. The existing patches will still be used. If the customer does not focus on the life cycle of the product software release, this milestone can be ignored.

End-of-sale date

EOS

The last date that ZTE provides services related to the product. After this date, none of the services including both hotline and onsite services related to this product family will be provided.
