Notice: End-of-Manufacturing (EoM) and End-of-Service (EoS) Announcement for ZXA10 C200 Products

Dear Customers:

ZTE Corporation solemnly inform: because supplies of some key components are unstable or on the verge of shutting down, conditions are no longer mature for providing products and service for a long term, sales of the ZXA10 C200 products will be officially stopped from May 31, 2013 . After this day, ZTE will not receive the new order for the product, and will not accept the new demands. The sales of spare boards and parts for the product will be stopped on May 31, 2014. ZTE will stop service of ZXA10 C200 product from December 31, 2017. After this day, ZTE will not provide any service of the product, including: technical support  (on-site technical support, remote technical support and 800 hot line) and service of spare boards and parts (hardware maintenance, spare parts replacement). At the same time, to make you easier to complete switching and migration of the product, from the day of the end of service to the next year, we will continue to provide you with FAQ and solution cases of known problems. Welcome to continue viewing or downloading.

 

ZTE supplies ZXA10 C300/ZXA10 C320 products which have the similar features and capabilities or better performance for the replacement of the product ZXA10 C200. The FAQ of the product and technical information can be visited at the technical support site to get help.

The date for officially stopping the sale, and also stopping acceptance of the order of the product. The order for new sites and expansion order will not be accepted after the date, and new demands on the equipment will not be accepted, either, but the order for spare boards and parts for maintenance and storage will be accepted;

Stop sale of spare boards and parts

LTBSB

Just for hardware. The order for spare boards and parts will not be accepted after the date. (For the products such as terminal products without spare boards and parts, this milestone can be canceled);

Date of End of Service  

EoS

The date for ending all services of the product. All support services will not be accepted after the date, including hot line and on-site support.
