Here is the formal announcement from ZTE Corporation. Sales of the ZXDSL 9836 products will be officially stopped from March 1, 2019 . After this day, ZTE will not receive the new order for the product, and will not accept the new demands. The sales of spare boards and parts for the ZXDSL 9836 product will be stopped on September 1, 2019.
ZTE assures this measure does not affect existing service relation and quality.
ZTE supplies ZXA10 9806V / ZXA10 C350M / ZXDSL 9806H products which have the similar features and capabilities or better performance for the replacement of the product ZXDSL 9836. The FAQ of the product and technical information can be visited at the technical support site to get help.
