ZTE Technical Support Website Maintenance Notice - 20190625

Dear ZTE Customers:


ZTE the CSC and the Support application server storage KN3200 have been out of warranty. To improve the system performance and availability, the migration operation is planned at 18:00-21:00 on June 27, 2019 Beijing time, which will affect the normal use of the CSC, MCSC and Support systems.

   

Note: Due to the large amount of data stored and the long synchronization time, the service system will be shut down for a long time. If there is any on-site software upgrade plan during the migration, you need to complete the software application and download in advance on the CSC.
