Notice:End of Market (EoM) Announcement ZXSDR R8882D S4500

Madam/Sir:

ZTE officially announces that ZXSDR R8882D S4500 in CDMA single mode or CDMA&LTE dual-mode will stop selling since 30.09.2020, and ZXSDR R8882D S4500 in LTE single mode will stop selling since 30.12.2020, according to customer demands and product planning. After the date Last Time Buy (LTB), the orders (including capacity expansion orders) for it are not accepted. 

At the same time of LTB, the orders for its spare parts in CDMA single mode or CDMA&LTE dual-mode are not accepted. One year after LTB, the orders for its spare parts in LTE single mode are not accepted. It is suggested that the customer makes a budget and pre-reserves enough spare parts before Last Time Buy for Spare Parts (LTBSP) to guarantee network operation.

The maximum support software will be on 31.03.2021 in CDMA single mode or CDMA&LTE dual-mode and on 30.12.2023 in LTE single mode. After the End of Service (EoS) date (shown in the following table), ZTE will stop technical support on it.

In order to provide a continuously high leveled service, ZTE Corporation kindly suggests you to update to corresponding successor products which provide updating functions and characteristics.
