ZTE officially announces that the services of the NEC MS5000 products will stop service on Aug 31th, 2020. After this date, ZTE will not receive any service about these products, include: technical support(on-site technical support, remote technical support, 800 hotline) and spare maintenance. You can still download FAQs and troubleshooting cases one year after the end of service date.
