Notice:Service Termination Announcement of ZTE ZXMP M820

Dear customers:

 

We solemnly inform you that ZXMP M820 will go out of service on December 31, 2024. Upon the arrival of this date, ZTE will no longer provide the services of this product, including technical support (on-site technical support, remote technical support and 800 hotline) and spare parts services (hardware repair and spare parts replacement). The sales of spare parts will be stopped on December 31, 2020. Please make a spare parts reserve plan.

In order to allow you to switch products and migrate products more easily, we will continue to provide FAQs and solutions to known problems in the next year from the date when the service is stopped. You are welcome to check or download the FAQs.

Appendix: Definition of ZTE Product End-of-Life Cycle

It is the date after which ZTE officially stops selling the product and product orders are no longer accepted. After this date, ZTE will no longer accept orders for new offices and capacity expansion, and will no longer accept new service demands on the equipment, but can accept orders for spare parts of the repair and storage nature.

End Date of Sales of Spare Parts

LTBSB

This date is only intended for hardware. After this date, ZTE will no longer accept orders for spare parts of the repair and storage nature. (For products without spare parts, such as terminal devices, this milestone can be canceled.)

End-of-Service Date

EOS

It is the date after which all services of the product are stopped. After this date, ZTE stop any service for this series of products, including service hotline and on-site support.
