Notice:EOS Announcement for ZTE ZXCTN 9000

Madam/Sir:

 

We solemnly inform you that ZXCTN 9000 will go out of service on December 31, 2022. Upon the arrival of this date, ZTE will no longer provide the services of this product, including technical support (on-site technical support, remote technical support and 800 hotline) and spare parts services (hardware repair and spare parts replacement). The sales of spare parts will be stopped on September 30, 2020. Please make a spare parts reserve plan.

In order to allow you to switch products and migrate products more easily, we will continue to provide FAQs and solutions to known problems in the next year from the date when the service is stopped. You are welcome to check or download the FAQs.

The last date to order the product. The order for new and expansion projects and new service demand for the series will not be accepted after the date. The order for spare parts will still be accepted after the date.

Last Time Buy of Spare Parts

LTBSP

The date is only for hardware. The order for spare parts will not be accepted after the date. (This milestone can be canceled for products that do not have spare parts such as terminal products.)

End of Full Support

EOFS

The date is only for software. After this date, no patches will be developed for new network problems of all product versions. Patches that have been released can still provide support services for customers.

End of Service & Support

EOS

The last date to receive applicable service and support for the product as entitled by active service contracts or by warranty terms and conditions. After this date, all support services for the series are unavailable, including service hotline and on-site support.
