Hello, we have problem with display ip dhcp snooping databases, but customer gets the ip address.

I have the same problem. I have ZTE C320 V2.1.0. SMXA, GTGH.

Command: "show ip dhcp snooping dynamic database" is empty

Though client get ip from DHCP server.

Config:

ip dhcp enable

ip dhcp snooping enable

ip dhcp snooping control-port enable

dhcpv4-l2-relay-agent vlan 730 enable

ip-source-guard enable

ip-source-guard bind-type ip

vlan 730

  ip dhcp snooping

interface gpon-onu_1/1/1:1
  ip dhcp snooping enable vport 1

  ip-source-guard enable sport 1

  service-port 1 vport 1 user-vlan 730 vlan 730
  port-identification format FLEXIBLE-SYNTAX vport 1

The main problem is that the subscriber doesn’t have internet, while "ip-service ip-source-guard enable sport 1" is enabled, and doesn’t respectively display the un through this command, but he gets the address by dhc. If you disable this option with using the command "ip-service ip-source-guard", then the Internet works for the subscriber!

show ip-service user interface gpon-onu_1/1/1:1
