	Dear Admin, We got this error code 89999999 when checking ont status via EMS: this error code is occur randomly (only some times) from above capture we can see that EMS doesnt list/ show onu on slot 1/3/1 which then generate error code 8999999 while checking via CLI we can see that there are ONU working normally on that slot 1/3/1: while checking respond time when syncronize resource we found out that this OLT (OLT have issue error code 8999999) have longer time cost. while checking olt cpu usage shows normal: The question is why this error code occur? and how to fix it.
