End of Sale/Service Announcement of ZXR10 2900/2900-SI Series Switch
Dear customers,
ZTE corporation officially announces that based on customer demands and the overall planning of product line products, the sales of ZXR10 2900/2900-SI series switch product (include 2920、2928、2936-FI、2952、2920-SI、2928-SI、2952-SI) will be stopped on June 30,2011. After this day, ZTE Corporation will not receive the orders for new equipment and the expansion of the order. Since the announcement date, all the product marketing activities will also be stopped.
ZTE Corporation supplies ZXR10 2900E switch which has the similar features and capabilities or better performance for the replacement of the product. For technical details, please refer to WWW.ZTE.COM.CN.

From December 30, 2014, ZTE Corporation will stop the service and support about the product. The service and support stopped include consulting telephone service (800), technical instruction telephone services (800), remote/onsite technical support, troubleshooting services, spare parts sales services, software and patch updates and upgrades, hardware repairing services and training services.
ZTE Corporation hopes that this announcement helps you to plan for future network. Stopping sales of the ZXR10 2900/2900-SI series switch product will not affect the existing service relationship and service quality.
