End of Sale/Service Announcement of ZXR10 5200 Series Switch and ZXR10 3906 Switch
Dear customers,
ZTE corporation officially announces that based on customer demands and the overall planning of product line products, the sales of ZXR10 5200 series switch product (include ZXR10 5228,ZXR10 5252,ZXR10 5224) will be stopped on August 31,2010. After this day, ZTE Corporation will not receive the orders for new equipment and the expansion of the order, but can accept orders for spare boards for repair, expansion and storage. You can purchase spare boards in advance. Since the announcement date, all the product marketing activities will also be stopped. By now, the sales of entire ZXR10 5200 series routing switches and entire ZXR10 3900 series smart routing switches are terminated, the following switch models are already unavailable: ZXR10 5228 (DC),ZXR10 5228-FI (AC,DC),ZXR10 5224(DC),ZXR10 3928,ZXR10 3928-FI,ZXR10 3952.
ZTE Corporation supplies ZXR10 5900 switch which has the similar features and capabilities or better performance for the replacement of the product. For technical details, please refer to WWW.ZTE.COM.CN.

From the date of stopping the service and support, ZTE Corporation will stop the service and support about the product. The service and support stopped include consulting telephone service (800), technical instruction telephone services (800), remote/onsite technical support, troubleshooting services, spare parts sales services, software and patch updates and upgrades, hardware repairing services and training services.
ZTE Corporation hopes that this announcement helps you to plan for future network. Stopping sales of the ZXR10 5200 series switch and the ZXR10 3906 switch product will not affect the existing service relationship and service quality.
