Effective Training


      To achieve "zero defects", we have adopted the Six Sigma methodology in a customer-oriented training system for all-round, multi-channel exchanges and inspections. To help trainees put knowledge into practice and improve their job skills, and ultimately cultivate talent for customers, we focus on the effectiveness of training, and carry out quality control from the following three aspects.

Course development: Courses are developed in sync with product R&D, and reviewed by related technical experts to guarantee the timeliness, rationality and usability in course design.

Training implementation: Strict certification is conducted to select qualified trainers, and training methods and course content are tailored to the demands and characteristics of trainees.

Training evaluation: Trainee appraisal is performed strictly and effectively, trainees' reactions are accurately assessed, and satisfaction surveys are conducted three months afterwards to check training effectiveness.
